Shipping & Processing Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number.

2. Delivery Estimates (United States)
We source our curated catalog from domestic US boutiques as well as premier overseas fashion suppliers to offer the best variety and quality:

• US Warehouse Products (e.g., Judy Blue, Zenana, US Boutiques): 
  Estimated delivery: 2 – 5 business days after processing.

• Overseas Supplier Products (e.g., Global Brands): 
  Estimated delivery: 5 – 10 business days after processing.

3. Shipping Rates

4. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
